To strengthen the permanent forest reserve resources status and to plan the long term State Forest Mangement Plan and District Annual Operation Plan.

To implement a systematic and controlled forest harvesting operation in order to decrease the damage on the trees that have been left and seedlings and to ensure the ecology and environment is well balanced.
